Roasted Green Beans Dijon Recipe

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
Vegetable oil spray
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley

Cooking Methods
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Be sure the beans are thoroughly
dry. Put the beans on a nonstick baking sheet. Lightly spray them
with vegetable oil spray. Arrange the beans in a single layer on the
baking sheet. Spray again.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until
tender.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir
together the oil, mustard and salt.
- To serve, drizzle the oil mixture
over the beans. Stir gently. Sprinkle with the parsley.
