Set a steamer basket in a small
amount of simmering water in a saucepan. Put the potatoes in the
basket. Cook, covered for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
In a medium bowl, gently stir
together the cooked potatoes and the remaining ingredients except the
Parmesan.
Gently stir in the Parmesan.
