Cooking Methods
- Preheat grill to medium. Coat the
grate with cooking spray so food does not stick to the surface.
- Gently toss asparagus with olive
oil, salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook until asparagus has
grill marks, about 1-2 minutes. Roll asparagus over to grill the
other side. Remove from the grill and chill in the refrigerator.
- Splash with fresh lemon juice
before serving. Serve chilled.
