This famous vegetable broth makes tasty ingredients for healthy
vegetable meals.
It is fat-free, low-sodium and low-carb. To make it even
better, add in your own Bouquet Garni. Place your
favorite dried herbs (try parsley, bay leaves, rosemary,
basil and thyme) in a 6x6 inch piece of cheesecloth. Tie
the herb bundle with string and drop into soups, broths or
stews for about 30 minutes. Remove the Bouquet Garni and
discard before serving. |
