Vegetable oil spray (olive oil spray preferred)
4 tilapia or other thin, mild fish fillets (about 4 ounces each)
1 teaspoon dried dill weed, crumbled
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 medium lemons, quartered

Cooking Methods
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray a nonstick baking
sheet with vegetable oil spray.
Rinse the fish and pat dry with
paper towels. Place the fish on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, stir together the
dill weed, paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the fish. Lightly
spray the fish with vegetable oil spray.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until
the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- To serve, place the fish on plates.
Place 2 lemon quarters on each plate to squeeze over the fish.
