Now for this wonderful diabetic crab recipe, you may
wish to serve this as an appetizer. If you do so, divide
the crab mixture evenly into 16 small patties. These
smaller versions will have about 31 calories each.
Cooking Tip: To make a
green onion fan, slice off the root and most of the
onions' top portion. Cut the onion into 3-4 inch length
and place on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut
several slits at the end of the piece of onion, cutting
almost to, but not through, the center. Place in ice
water, and chill about 10 minutes or until fan curls. |
