1.5kg half leg of lamb
2 large garlic cloves, cut into silvers
large sprig of fresh rosemary
olive oil
black pepper

Pierce the meat with a sharp knife in several places, and insert the garlic silvers.
Push the sprig of rosemary into the center of the lamb.
Rub a little oil over the meat and season wih black pepper.
Place meat in ovem heated to 190 degree Celsius and roast for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with jacket potatoes and minted peas.
