2/3 cup water
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and
drained
9 whole-wheat tortillas, warmed
1/2 avocado, diced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 large tomato, diced

Methods
- Brown the beef in large non-stick
skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked and no longer
pink. Drain fat.
- Add water, cumin, chili powder,
cayenne pepper, and onion powder; simmer for 5 minutes or until all
liquid is absorbed.
- Add beans and heat an additional 3
minutes.
- Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup
meat and bean mixture, spoonful of avocado, lettuce and tomato.
