Cooking Methods
- In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar and sweetener. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly.
In a food processor, combine the sugar mixture, mangos, ginger and lime juice,
and process until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze overnight or until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
