Very Simple Banana Bread
My daughter has a mate who is sensitive to eggs and I wanted to bake something they could both eat, so this was perfect. I especially loved just using one bowl and a spoon, that made is so easy. I had 3 very small bananas and added an apple. The loaf was really clammy and appears quite healthy so I was pleased to let the children have some.
Chewy Chocolate Rolo Slices
I made this recipe during the weekend, I think there’s one cut left. Delicious as is, but I'm going to substitute the Rolos with chopped up Mars Bar next time and see how that tastes.
