Many people seem to have that assumption that things like Chinese food and other such things like this are the same across every city in the UK but you couldn’t be more wrong because although the cities are all in the UK they all have their slightly different take on the way that they really enjoy their takeaways.
Examples
If you really do not believe me when it comes to this then why not go down the south and ask someone for some mushy peas and gravy in a fish and chips shop, you might get some funny looks. it is not working in the same way down here. However if you went to Newcastle takeaways and did the same then you would be welcomed with open arms and given as many mush peas and as much gravy as you could possibly want!
this is the kind of thing that I am talking about and even if you get a city that is just twenty minutes away and this really starts to show off some of the different cultures that can come out of just the cities?
Culture
Every state in the USA has different foods that they like so why can’t the UK be the same on cities, well it is already the main thing to ask is why and where does it come from. A lot of the time you will find that the cities depend on where the people come from, how old they are and how exactly they were brought up.
Why It Is Great
It spices things up a bit because if you were to ask for pizza delivery Nottingham then you are actually far more likely to receive something different than if you ordered from London.
Food is a wonderful thing and even in a small country like England there are so many differences from city to city.
