Spinach and Artichoke Pizza Bites Recipe

1 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14-oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt (optional)

½ tsp ground black pepper

½ tbsp dried basil

½ tbsp dried oregano

2 cloves minced garlic

1 (12-inch) prepackaged whole wheat Italian pizza crust

1 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Methods

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cheese, salt (optional), pepper, basil, oregano and garlic.
  3. Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the pizza crust. Pour olive oil evenly on top of spinach and artichokes.
  4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Cut pizza into 20 squares.
