3 oz low-fat lean ham, diced

3 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated

1 tbsp minced fresh chives

12 mini phyllo dough shells

Cooking Methods

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg substitute, ham, cheese and chives. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the phyllo shells.
  2. Place the filled shells in the oven and bake at 375°F / 190°C for 12 - 15 minutes or until egg mixture is fully cooked. Remove the shells from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
